Customer data is collected based on information provided directly by the customers themselves or through documentation they make available to us. Cloe Home Studio is responsible for processing this data, which can be consulted, exported, modified, or deleted by the customer via email at geral@cloehomestudio.pt.

Customer data is stored for a period of 2 years from the date of last contact, except when there are legal obligations that require a longer period.

Each customer has the right to be informed about any breach of their personal data and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (CNPD).

Cloe Home Studio also stores data from candidates for its recruitment processes, with the aim of informing them whenever a new career opportunity arises. For privacy policy and personal data processing purposes, these candidates are treated in the same way as clients.
